Can I still order a set if I haven’t received my sizing kit?

Yes! If you want to ensure you don’t miss a deal or get your order quicker, just enter “waiting on my kit” in the nail sizes. Once you receive the kit take a picture of the back or send me sizes (ex: Thumb 1 , Pointer 4 and so on) , just hit the Contact Me button, or you can DM me on Instagram @hardasnailsbyco!

Can I purchase a kit and a set together?

Yes! I will see that you ordered both and will send the sizing kit. When you receive your kit and know your sizes, please use the “Contact Us” page, or you can DM me on Instagram @hardasnailsbyco!

Can I order without ordering a sizing kit?

Yes! You can use mm sizing or send me a picture of your hand with natural nails and a coin. Please note that I do not do refunds/returns for sizing issues. However, I do sell replacements for $3- $10 depending on the complexity of the design! I do also offer up to 3 replacement nails with each order, if you have any questions regarding this, use the “contact us” page!

Am i allowed to change or customize a set I see on the site?

You can make adjustments to designs like chromes and base colors etc. In the set description it will let you know if you can change the design. If you have questions about a set or want to know if something can be changed please contact me!

Do you do refunds or returns?

Unfortunately, I do not except refunds or returns due to all orders being custom-sized to each person and the time it takes to paint each set! If there is a issue with your set please contact me, I will always be more than happy to fix it free of charge!
